Small things I build and write to think with my hands — prototypes, experiments, and the occasional long-form note.

A bit
about me.

I work hard to give a Shiba a better life.
(Working hard for a Shiba I haven’t met yet.)

Heeelo, I'm Youga Chang! For the past 8 years, I’ve been designing products across entertainment, healthcare AI, and B2B SaaS. Now shaping MANA’s multi-LLM workspace at Givery as a Lead Product Designer and Design Manager.

How my brain works 🧠

  • 01

I care about the details—and the people.

I enjoy working through complex problems with a team and asking the questions that help us make better decisions. I also want us to enjoy the process and have a little fun along the way—because when people are happy building together, better products naturally follow.

  • 02

    I love connecting the dots.

I enjoy stepping into problems where information is scattered, priorities are unclear, and people may be speaking different languages or imagining different outcomes. It is fun to connect those perspectives and help design, product, and engineering find a direction they can move forward with together.

  • 03

    I think by making.

When something is difficult to explain, I like to give it a form—a flow, prototype, framework, or working demo. Making things visible gives everyone something concrete to react to, and often helps us notice what is missing, think more clearly, and move the conversation forward.
